I'm not very knowledgable on plate values. What was the specific appeal of A24 versus the other prefixes which seem a lot cheaper?

At a guess, you have to space it illegal to make it almost read like A Z4 BMW :o

I couldn't see that for toffee. But then I've got a badge on the back that says "Z4" in case anyone was wondering what car it is.
 
I picked up A24 ALP for my Alpina when released by DVLA last week.. so I know how much these plates were sold for by DVLA

‘A’ prefix is same price - certainly was for all the ones I looked at.

If the ‘A’ prefix was twice the price and the OP isn’t profiteering I’ll respectfully apologise :thumbsup:
