Looking for a plastic undertray for an e85 z4.

If you have one available please pm me with price location etc, don’t mind traveling, if fairly local, to collect.

Is yours broken or missing? The reason I ask is that I was going to get a replacement one recently when I noticed that mine had a big crack and decent sized hole in the centre (15cm x 10cm). I ended up doing a repair, which while cosmetically won’t win any awards has got it back to a decent condition.

Good luck on your hunt. This looks like it could be good (no pictures doesn’t inspire confidence though) https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bmw-Z4-Engine-Undertray-For-2003-2-5-Roadster-/324451715942?

Where are you? I've got one sitting in the garage you can have but I'd need to double check the condition. I also have dim memories of it being slightly different to what I needed when I had an E89 (check the 'first z4' link in my sig - pics in there somewhere)

Don’t know is the easy answer for now but I will work something out

2 to 3 square meters of cloth
Resin
Loads of time to cut out, lay up , trim etc

Was a labour of love for my car but I can make another

I did have a dream that I would one day have the skill to make some corner splash guards, but woke up it was a dream.

Just priced up the cloth £25 per sq meter resin £20 some other bits £15 and a good few hours to make it (and the heating on for 12 hours this time of year) if you can wait for the weather to warm up that is better, I am building a heated box but not that big for smaller bits.
