plastic sills on m coupe

hi , anyone here removed their plastic sills on a coupe? read they slide back or fwd after unclipping or unscrewing them, it it a hassle free task for a novice ? any tips . many thanks

Same as on a roadster, remove the screws at the front and underneath at the rear. Then remove all the rivets underneath then the skirt will just pull off.
