Anyone involved in the creation of plastic boxes to hold electrical equipment with holes in certain places? I need to get this commercially done for one of my products so anyone with contacts or working with a company that does this, please let me know.
Not me, but I think there's a product called a chocbox that comes in various sizes, its a generic box that has multiple possible hole points and used for electrical connections etc. Not bespoke, and may not suit, but hey, better than a kick in the nuts.
I have a friend who runs his own Engineering company. the quality of there work is second to none. And Tony the gaffa is a great guy. He taught me everything i know.
Works on all sorts of stuff from F1 to scientific research. When i worked with him we did a lot of stuff for the high end audio companies face plates and so on. 3D printing as far as i know can still be quite exsphesive. Might be worth getting in touch to see if he can make them for you out of solid bits at a reasonable price?
You cant blame the guy for showing off all the complicated stuff he can do. If he can do it i am sure he will be happy to help. Your money is as good as anyone else.
