Plastic airbag tag replacement?

When I got out of the Z4M today I noticed that a small plastic part had fallen off the door. It looks like it just clips into the door card. A small plastic emblem that says "AIRBAG" on it. On the back there are 4 little arms, the 2 outer ones look like they would clip into place but one of the little arms has snapped off.

I have had a look on realoem and it looks like I need part 18 from here. However looking at realoem's illustration there is something coming out the back of the plastic tag. Should this clip in tag be attached to something? Do the airbags need this plastic tag wired to something to work? Or can I just buy a new plastic part and clip it in?

Re: your questions "Should this clip in tag be attached to something? Do the airbags need this plastic tag wired to something to work?"

That tag at the back of the airbag clip is purely to keep it attached to the door card when the card is removed, it doesn't perform any other function (see pics). So you could just stick it back on as the other members have suggested or if you find a replacement with the tag you can easily feed it back through the door card hole from the outside

For completeness of thread...
I ordered a replacement part from ebay. I tried sliding the long arm up into the cavity but just couldnt persuade it in. So I used a small hobby knife with a saw blade to cut off the long arm. Once done the rest of the tag could be slotted into place easily with a little force. The tags on either side with angled slots clicked into place and are holding the badge in place nice and firmly. No glues needed.
