Planning to Buy SSR GT2H 18x9 et45. Inner 11mm less front?

hey i'm trying to buy 18x9 et 45 square set and was wondering if there will be any rubbing issue inner or outer part of the wheel.
i am getting 255/35/18 tires / Currently on 06 Z4 3.0SI with Sports Suspension I can probably stick three fingers inbetween the tires and the fender.

Inner - (the inside of the wheel to the strut housing)
Outter - (position of the outside edge of the wheel)

OEM style 108 Front- 18x8 et 47 TO SSR 18x9 et 45 // Using Offset calculator results were Inner - 11mm LESS , Outter - Extend extra 15mm.
OEM style 108 Rear - 18x8.5 et 50 TO SSR 18x9 et 45 // Result Inner - 1 mm Less , Outter - Extend extra 11mm.

I know how offsets work, but i don't know how much clearance i have.
I tried to write everysingle detail of everything. So please help me !! will this fit without any issue?

I'm not too worried about Outter part sticking out extra 15mm but little on 11mm less on the inner. Do i have to use spacers?

HELP NEEDED ASAP!!


PS- I know these wheels are discontinued but anyone know original retail price of SSR GT-2H 18x9?
buying them for $1200 USD, and it's in pretty good condition. Am i stealing these?

Are you stealing them?

If they are these, possibly not...? OK they are Mustang fit, but same size and $1100 brand new??

I just did some research and found out it's not bad price at all more like a good price
thanks anyways can we talk more about fitments?
