I am of course always cynical about car mags but can only agree with the conclusion on the Z4MC in BMW Car mags 40 years of M series :-

" Despite their faults though the Z4 Ms were cracking drivers cars and we reckon that the coupe in particular will eventually go on to be one of the last truly collectible mainstream M cars"

I agree , its the only car I have owned where I wished I had the money/space to have kept it it and run another car but sadly I dont

Part 4 this month a must for all M owners or potential M owners of any model . some great features & pics on 3's/5's & 6's plus a good read on the Z4m's
did you Z4Merrs know that the coupe has different steering & suspension to the roadster ?
the coupe having steering rack from a CSL .
also goes on to say ( not my words HAHA) " the coupe in particular will eventually go on to be one of the last truly collectable mainstream M cars" :poke:

I knew about suspension difference,i believe its only damper rates to compensate for the coupe being heavier and a bit lardy..

Wonder why the steering rack is different though ?

funny thing is.... most of the ///M roadster press reviews were favorable.... the coupe reviwes werent nearly as good!!!!

look at evo for a start ;-)
