Pistonheads Sunday Service 30/01

Gates do open at 9.00 so hopefully we be on our way by 9.15
i doubt there will be massive ques at that time, boy races dont like getting out of bed to early.

Gates open at 9am and close at 1pm, not sure I would want to spend 4 hours there anyway, so happy to queue at 10ish even - and it will be cold too! But if the sun is out like it's meant to be roof down no worries!

9am works for me.....this is a good weekend for me as just solf my Range Rover Sport yesterday and feeling a bit blue, so some bonding time with the Z is exactly what the doctor ordered....

9AM fine for me, to be fair if any of the others are anything to go by, it should be pretty busy throughout the first few hours but you're never waiting too long in my experience...

More than happy to meet at 9am - then set off 15 minutes later.

I didn't have to wait to get into the Pistonheads BMW HQ meet with 400+ cars.. :)

EDIT - Pawnsacrifice, you have got a place on the meet - just checked the list, MisterDJ is also 1 place away from getting in

Everyone meeting at tesco's please make sure your name is down on the list in this post so we know to expect you. That way no one gets left behind

See ya all tomorrow. :driving:

Looking forward to it.......getting out to clean the car now....even though it's only 1C outside!!

Nick - are you meeting up with us in Reading or at Tesco's nearer the main meet?

Tell me where to come.....I have no idea, so I'll go where the other Z's go!

I can not get there till 10am, Dont think you need to get there any earlier, I think a couple of hours will be more than enough in there and most people will be in there by 10 so dont think there will be much of a wait to get in, So i will have to see you in there, I will try and park with you if i get chance, Cheers Tim, :)

Just cleaned the car, water literally freezing if left standing for more than a minute or two. Think I have frostbite.

Washing my mitts and towels now as didn't do it since last week. Will then have a crack at it.

The spirited drive to POD last week has left looking like a cross country rally car.

You guys are officially crazy...no way I'd wash the car even if I was going in this weather. Dirt is the new clean!

washed the car yesterday been up to walsall this morning and had the rear box fitted, just got back and the car is filthy , going to have to wash it again. My neighbours must think iam mad with a compulsory disorder. Now its getting dark and i carnt be bothered but oh well he we go.

As long as they had a clean surface & you let them dry they should be fine, I had some when we went to the alps and it was fine.

Still not home from shopping yet, so I'll be in a dirty car or wash it in the dark!!

I'm travelling up with the Northampton lot, so see you all about 10. Will try to park up as close as I can to all the Z's.

Thanks for the PM Ben....looking forward to it - need to get back to London for 1pm though, so will leave there at about 12

Car is all clean, but will no doubt give it a rapid detail when I wake up.....
