Pirelli PZero Corsa

Anyone ever used these tyres. Come fitted on some wheels I'm looking at.

Apparently fitted on the Gallardo as standard :?

Can't work out if it's a track focused tyre like the ps2 cups or road and track.

Tread looks semi slick in the pictures online but they guy reckons it isn't. £342 a tyre

If they're the plain old Corsa , then they're a great tyre, I've used both them and their P Zero C tyres on my M5 at trackdays, however they fill the same function as Michelin PS Cups.

However, there's a newer range called the Corsa System, which is a bit like the PS Cup + or Pilot Super Sport - so you really need to clarify which they are.

If they're sold new with 8mm of tread then they're not track tyres - with 5mm they are.

I think their new road legal track tyre is now the Trofeo anyway, so they may have simply moved the range names downwards slightly as a marketing exercise.

For reference:

The Trofeo looks awesome :sweetheart: wonder how it performs?
On par with the Pilot Sport Cup and old P-Zero Corsa - but only in 18/19" sizes for Porsche/BMW/Lambo/Ferrari - and the odd size for 18" Evo/Impreza WRC cars.

For 18" fitment you could use 235/40 front and 265/40 (or maybe 265/35).

For 19" fitment you could use 235/35r19 and 265/35r19.

Expect to pay around the same price as for PS Cups.

Think these are 265/30 (CSL sizes)
