Piggyback fuse tap for dashcam

Was hardwiring a dash cam in tonight. Had a piggyback fuse tap that I was going to use, but it just won’t go into the fuse slot. The actual casing/housing on the fuse holder is fouling it. It’s the right size etc, just the body of it is too big.
Has anyone used one recently and can recommend one.
Thanks.

Are you sure you have the right size? From memory there are 3 different sizes, you need micro, the smallest.

I just used one of these today from Amazon.

Fiddly to get in but works fine.

Make sure you put it in the right way round - wire running down from the tap, not up. Something that caused me much confusion 😁

The one I have looks the same. Not sure which way I was trying to put it in but suspect it may have been with the wire up since it was along the bottom row. I’ll try again and flip it round.
