No idea why. I use photobucket all the time and it works fine.
In preview of the thread, Us the insert image then just drop the url in from photobucket and it should appear correctly when you preview the post again.
Post a photo in this thread and I'll take a look

You aren't using the thumbnail option in Photobucket, so that must be the size of the pic that has been uploaded? Have you got any more?
Looking at Photobucket that appears to be the size you saved it at when you uploaded it.
As Mike suggests it must be a thumbnail or minimised image
