Mines been through 2 MOT's at bmw and have had no problem with it, when the indicator flashes it goes completly off, and they switch off when the headlights are on, the 5 series goes across the front in orange

I like the look, but then I grew up in California so i'm used to seeing it, but over here it is a bit dubious legally i'd imagine as you are shining a non white light permanatly on the front of a car, but whatever, i'm not going to argue that point, I like it, nice work

I have a sidelight out and the indicator doesn't light up. Only realised when it went for an mot.
I've asked if those who have done this have informed their insurance Co., mainly because I'd like to know the insurance companies position on this - no-one has said anything so I can only assume that they haven't told them. So, as I understand things, and all joking aside, there's a real risk that their insurance could refuse to payout in the case of an accidentT2FFN said:Legal/illegal is one thing.
