Whao. Its the first time I've looked at a black coupe and liked it. With Aero skirts and black alloys it looks great. Menacing but discreet too.

I looked at this car when I bought mine, and the photos really do not do it justice, it's absolutely stunning in the metal... Trouble is, it's a Cat D with no receipts or photo record for accident damage or repair. If mine were black, these black BBSs would be the ones for me :)

This is with h&r but meanwhile the eibachs are installed... Much better...
Did the ride quality and handling improve with the Eibach springs (in comparison with the oem Z4M springs) or is it only the lower looks that changes?

Ride quality is about the same as OEM, a bit firmer...and looks much better :D

Apologies if this is a stupid question, but do you have to sacrifice fog lights when an aero bumper is fitted or are they hidden in what look like the brake ducts?

Z4M doesn't have fog lights...they made place for more brake cooling :)

A little off-topic for this thread but I think you might be getting the M bumper and aero bumper mixed up. The M bumper has the brake ducts + no fogs and the aero bumper has the holes for the fogs.

 get some aero skirts and finish the look off :)
I'm a noob :( ... what are aero skirts?
Aero skirt ...
I thought that was what Marilyn Monroe was wearing in that famous scene where she's standing on a subway grating. :P

(Me old? Nah ...)

Your car looks great! No question the CSL's are perfect for the Z4MC. Thanks for sharing the pics as I never get tired of looking at these cars.

i was considering these but the effect seems to lost on black cars imo :(

You might have a point as I just don't 'get' the aero skirts, maybe I think like that as my car is black and I'm not sure they'd make much difference...

Do people think the car needs to be lowered a little to fully pull off the aero skirts :-?

I had Aero skirts fitted on mine, mainly because they needed spraying anyhow & thought why not..

I agree they dont stand out as much in black, but it does give the car a more 'squat' and aggressive stance. I was thinking of Eibach & 19's but want to keep it original..

yea agreed wills, youll spot a car with the aero sills a mile away when you see one, you might not just recognise that its the sills that are different! So much more agreesive I think.

Nothing wrong with a bit of subtlety - I don't mind that they don't stand out the way a hatch spoiler does...
