Ref lowering I decided not to as speed bumps are a pain, plus my mazzer sits so low I hit road kill so prefer a bit higher so got wheels as compromise

I've also seen that massa in Thame a lot a few years back, but sure it was a short blonde guy, used to park in the bus stop all the time! Maybe someone else, but can't imagine there are many about.
