Pic's of my new car

Hi all, a few pics of my new car as I have seen that posts aint worth s**t without pics on this forum :P I had a few initial problem as follows. I bought my car from a Renault dealer believe it or not but it was the only car for sale relatively close to me which I liked, looked good and I thought why not, had a couple of things that the dealer needed to look at one of which I thought was a rattily heat shield. To cut a long story short the turbo was rattling and not the heat shield, they sent it to bmw who put a new turbo on and the rattle was still there, re diagnosing and they said it was the crankshaft which had splintered and had knackered the turbo, rather than replace the crankshaft and hope nothing else had been broken they said they would put a brand new engine and turbo in instead, no explanation as to why this may have happened at all. Luckily for me I had only had the car less than 2 weeks before the problem was diagnosed so I never had to pay anything which was lucky as the final bill from bmw was 13.5k. they couldn't move the clock for obvious reason so they gave me the invoices which state when engine was replaced and at what millage for when I move it on. All in all not a good start with a z4 but I'm hoping I have used up all my bad luck with it already :)
Anyway on with the pics but please try to ignore the bloody wheelie bin :P
Oh yeh and my girlfriend isn't really that short she was trying to avoid the pictures :)

Welcome, at least you know the true history of the engine, enjoy

Yeh that's what I thought mate, loads of people have been saying sell it as it has a new engine etc as it should be worth more than I paid for it now, but I think at least I have the piece of mind now, which I wouldn't have if I bought another one.

Car looks great good colour combo, £13:5k spent on your car at no cost to you I wouldn't call bad luck
Enjoy :driving:

May be so, but it appears you are as long as an E89. Welcome aboard Long Lindo the shadow man. 8) .. Nice Zed :driving:

 Nice car! Is this a common problem? Why would you reset the clocks? The odometer is a measure of distance the car has done!

No idea if it is common mate, engine is brand new with 0 miles on but rest of the cars done 37 so obviously they couldn't put it back to 0 for a new engine
