Hi all - I was lucky enough to be at the Geneva Motor Show for work today so took a few pics on the BMW stand of the Z4. You couldn't get in as it was behind a glass barrier but hopefully it shows you a few details of the concept ...

Just spoken to a friend who was also there and knowing my interest chatted a while with those on the stand and the general opinion was that this is no longer a concept but the final car with the exception of the different coloured passenger seat. He did think it strange that when he asked for them to put the roof up so he could take a picture they declined. I wonder why?????

The road version will be as far from this 'show version' as the M8 was.

The M8 ended up looking like an elongated 6-series instead of a futuristic, sharp-angled, low-slung sports coupe.

I do hope so, I don't like that, front or back much at all, apart from the hoops which I love.

I really doubt the production model will look anything like that - but hopefully both seats will have the same trim! :lol:

They need to unstack tge lights- BMW have two lights side by side, this looks like a flipping jag!
