never quite got the hang of posting pics and vids onto the forum, they are on my iphone 4, an idiot's guide please anyone .

Photobucket looks a bit different now. However the principals the same.
Joint up to a hosting site, such as Photobucket or fliker.
Check the sharing & security options are set, to those you are happy with.
Next upload your Photos/Videos to the site.
Then copy the IMG code from the relevant photos/Video, into your post.
