I'm not sure which way you are choosing to go back, but call in for a brew and a leg stretch if you fancy..

You have my number

Always a buzz & tingle on car collect day :) Was totally thrilled with my 100 mile drive home :driving:
i'm into week 4 now & still find myself lifting the bonnet just to stare at what BMW created
Sure you will enjoy it all but for now here's a peep

Yeah worrying aint it
There's no doubt it does feel "special" & the manual box that i thought would spoil my pleasure has in fact only heightened it
The major downside of high VED has also not bothered me at all as it only takes a small drive or peep in the garage for all financial resolve & logic to go out of the window , , , very worrying indeed

On last transfer now. 2 hours till I arrive!

Then the journey begins.

Thanks for the offer Gareth. Don't know what time I will be passing your place. If reasonable and not the middle of the night I may do so. It will test out the BMW sat nav anyway! :D

howd ya go mate, what it like? :) bet your loving it :D

Still driving home I would think

If he got away by 4.30ish I can't see him getting back till after midnight with a couple of stops and not too tired, that's a very long journey back and some tight roads up there

The car is gorgeous. Every time I see a coupe I just stare. The engine
is so good. The amount of times I slowed just so I could plant my foot again was ridiculous. :D

Never made it home last night. Thought it was better to have dinner and a pint rather than continue driving holding my eyelids open. Did 400 odd miles due to the roadworks at Scotch corner and still only in Carlisle. Will be able to enjoy the Highland roads now without worrying about being jumped by a stag!

Will post a picture when I get back.

Yeah the pint was needed. Could see the M from the bar window as well!

Anyway got home an hour or so ago and it never stopped tipping it down the whole way! I am no photographer (as you will see) but was going to do a couple on the road back but no way was I getting out of the car.

Anyway here are a couple from outside the house and yes it does need a clean but still raining here!

Off for lunch with the misses

Lucky you avoided the A82 yesterday afternoon, major accident between Tyndrum and Bridge of Orchy closed the road for several hours. :(
