Picked up a bargain low profile jack today.

As I only have a standard jack and after reading that a low profile jack was better suited to the stance of the Z4 I've been on the lookout for a cheap additional jack.

Saw this on Ebay and got it for £15.00 and it's literally brand new. Not the most expensive jack out there but at £15 it'll do me nicely.

Just need to drop on with a ZHP and a Gaptech RCH+ and I'll be a happy chappy.

I've got that one, my only complaint is that when you use the central rear jacking point, it struggles to lift the car high enough to get it onto axle stands. Good for jacking up from the sides and great for £15 though.
 
I've got one of these and it's a great tool for the money, it was on one of Halford's special days but nowhere as cheap as yours.
Good find, guessing it was collection as the postage costs would have made it not so attractive.
 
Got a similar one from wickes 6.5 years ago for £7.34! Been great, not used it so much since changing to the zed and now x4 though..

It was up at £20 for quite a few days but no takers so I offered £15 cash on collection and picked it up today.

I see they are £35 new so saving £20 will do me.

I've tried it on mine already and it slots under, just.

It is sat on carpet though in the garage so a tad lower than it would be on terra firma.

I find that I have to get it under the rear jacking point, raise it to the top and let it back down. The front then settles higher so I can get under there. Bit of a ball ache and I should probably just drive onto some wood first!
 
Even using one of those rubber jacking pads, the jack still manages to get under.
Note to nb67 - maybe not the best team at the moment but definitely the best manager we have!

Yeah here's hoping! was a fan of Brendan but this guy is something else.
