I've seen a z4 local to me on AT, it's the prefacelift in titanium silver with red seats.

For some reason I've not been a huge fan of the silver, please convince me otherwise as it's perfect apart from the colour!

Sorry, I'm not a fan either - the paint is quite 'flat' and doesn't do much for the lines of the car, not to mention looks even more dated if it has the amber headlights

I hear what you're saying, the amber issue can be fixed though.

I had an e46 M3 in titanium and it was great, the light reflects off it perfect, I'm not sold on the z4 in silver yet though.
Car shopping is a pain!

Me neither no offence silver owners, one of the best colours IMO for a roadster is sterling grey looks great and upto date

Colours I would buy on a e85 is

Sterling Grey
Black / Genrally "Blacks"
Dark Blue
Montego Blue

And thats it for me :)

Jesus, that first one is pure sex wee! Are they hyper black csls? The bottom one is nice too, obviously ;)

The e86 works fantastic in silver, I already knew that though, was more invested in the 85! Cheers anyway mate.

They are indeed, or hyper graphite.

TBH the only difference is the roof... otherwise the shape is very similar. You can always mod the rest to suit like clear lights etc.

The mod disease will bite hard!

Cheers stuart

I have to agree with tomscott, TiAG is legit. Looks far from flat and can accentuate the body lines of the z. I've had 2 TiAG's and found it's a great colour to maintain.

I do think the first z is a tad too low but those MORR Wheels are pure swag

Am not knocking anyone’s cars , but I find silver the most unfulfilling colour ever to clean and detail IMO I love cleaning my cars and when I had a silver TT is was depressing compared to a darker colour where you can really get the colour to "pop" compared to silver.

I believe the photography plays a massive part in representation in these pictures. The fact is anyone is going to defend their colour with obvious reasons as they picked it  . Great thing with silver is you can get away without cleaning it for ages :D unlike dark colours or indeed red :headbang:

Colour will always be a personal choice, not everyone will like the same thing

Have to agree with the above unfortunately lol, the bumpers, roof, skirts, wheels, lights, and suspension are different!

My old girl in titanium, suited it well.

I'm thinking a silver z4 with red seats, clear lights all round, and hyper black/graphite wheels would look good?
