Pic of my leak as its happening-

I had something similar on my drivers door, and my membrane is okay as well. What has worked for me 95% of the time is to raise the rubber seal up where the water is coming in. Its a bit trial and error Andy but the rubber seal can be easily pulled up. Its worth a try Andy as it might work for you. As they say, nothing to loose, everything to gain main

This worked for me as well.

I also used some Gummi Pflege on the seals to clean and soften the rubber to gain a better seal.

This worked for me too. I also tweaked the rubber underneath the door.

I had the same but my door seal had come unstuck. Reattached and all is fine.
I also cut a small hole in the rubber where the water collected, right in the corner so you can't see it.
Sorry, no pictures.

Cheers mate-did you need to wedge anything under the rubber to permanently lift it?

Nope Andy, just lifted the rubber seal up. You will find the rubber will lift up quite a bit, again a bit of trial and error, it took me 3 attempts at positioning the rubber to finally stop the water!

Have you done a leak test with door panel off. I used silicone sealant to re stick membrane. Leak in exactly the same place.
The panel has to come off. Hose on window with door panel off . You will see which part of the membrane that needs re sticking.
