I personally prefer the brushed aluminium as it looks classic and lifts the interior, it can look a little dark otherwise. But it is very subjective of course.

I'd put Piano Black first, followed by Cirrus Aluminium, Brushed Aluminium and wood in that order!

Although I like the Carbon Leather in the Ms better than any of those.

As for lifting the interior the seat colour may have a bearing - my 3.0Sis both had Pearl Grey leather so black wouldn't have made them seem dark.
