Physical size - boot

Hi all, I am looking to buy a Z4 and have been lucky enough to see if my wheelchair fits into a Z4 boot. And it does. However the car was on a 58 plate which I understand is the facelift model. I doubt if I can stretch to 2008 car, I think 2004 is where my budget is. Aside from the facelift does anyone know if there is a difference in boot size between the two cars? I hope not!

Hi, and welcome!

The only real difference in boot size is between a roadster and coupe (Also the M will have a smaller boot due to the battery)

So if the car you drove was a roadster you will be fine

Also worth bearing in mind if the parcel tray was in the up position when you got the wheelchair in... As it gives about another 2in in height to the boot... But means the roof cant be lowered.

it wasnt the metal roofed (e89)roadster was it? thats a completely different car to the soft-top (e85) roadsters & they came out around that time i think.

I think the earliest e89 was 2009 - Taz certainly has an 09 plate coupe.

I am not up to speed with the specs, its carbon black with piano black interior and few extras thrown in such as sat nav. 26500 miles and a 3.0 si on a 2008 plate. Just over £12500 and I pick it up next week.

I can not tell you how excited we are!
