Looks very nice and a well specced example.

Needs the decal out of the back window, new wheel centre badges, a bit of vacuuming and while you're at it the moss on the path could do with tidying up.

as an alternative just get out their and enjoy the drive

Nice spec - Your number plate is only one letter out from my 2.0i, wonder if they started life in the same dealearship. Can't remember where mine was originally sold but it doesn't have a bit sticker on the rear window. Enjoy your new toy.
