Here's the thread... Discounted BMW track evenings

Here's a link for future events... booked early! Price is very cheap (from £39) - well worth adding the instructor too (£25 for 30 minutes).

More pictures here, courtesy of BMW Car Club

Great day out. Am already booked on the next one :driving:

Can I ask is the GB BMW club any good? It seems a lot of money to join when it's forums are really slow.

Are many members on here members over there? :driving:

Damn why does Bedford have to be so far away - I'd love to give a trackday a try but the thought (and price) of Knockhill scares me!

nice pics

Was going to say I wish I'd taken them - arguably the best pics of my car, but far happier to have been behind the wheel :driving:

A11y, Not sure what your track options are, but using the BMWCC does get you discount on certain standard track days - the chap we were talking to (owner of the E30 M3) and he said membership pays for itself in two track days. May be worth a look. Was great fun! Sorry.

I have two BMWs and the service costs discount alone off sets any subscription costs.

Cracking pics although I prefer the top down flyby pic so I'll be putting that one up! Great day and thanks for the reminder- august also booked!

Pics look great and seeing as I want to explore the "limits" in a "safe" environment this seems like it might be a really good idea :)

Definitely, I think the only part you're close to anything is the fast straight and you would need to do something spectacular to hit it... get booked up though and the instructor is worth the extra £25 IMO.

Nice! Shiny Z4's are shiny. Great pictures and looks like you had a great day. Nice selection of cars there too.

PawnSacrifice, spotted you on the group photo but where's playalistic's pasty ass?

Ha... no he elected to stay out of the group shot - was taking his own shots on the iPhone. Usually I wouldn't be in them, but Tiff pretty much insisted. Well... actually... he didn't. At all. But if anyone asks 8)

Yep kept out of sight too! Is it just me or did Tiff appear either wasted or extremely close to still being wasted from the night before? Not sure I'd get in a car with him if he'd offered!

Been out a bit myself - miss a lot!

They went on about a week before the track day. Usual story, someone posted a headsup for an eBay auction for the aero kit. Would have been after the aero skirts but daveg following me on the London meet was enough to have sold me on the bumper too.

And yes, they did a great job with the photos.

Woot!! BMW cars are really hot cars. Aside from they have stylish both internal and external accessories and other BMW parts, BMW cars are really fast and they really do have powerful engine. So I'll say BMW car is really really a good choice of car.
