OK after a while i have finally managed to get some photos of my 2.5i on an 03 plate, and get them posted (i hope!)
Thanks to this site i have already checked the dreaded drain holes and they are clear, ive done the windscreen wiper mod (it was sticking and wouldnt park the blades properly) and i have fitted a stubby, oh and just fitted Cruise Control too! Next project is to sort out the Aux connector to the rear of the radio. Car came with:

108s, heated leather memory seats, rear parking sensors, Carver HiFi with extended speakers, extra cup holders and netting behind the seats for storage, Xenon headlights, electric wing mirrors, auto dimming rear mirror, oh and a hard top for the winter!! Probably other bits i dont remember, it meant i had to sell my Z3 but this Z4 with only 45000 on the clock and a full service history i managed to barter down to £7000, which i think was a good deal for me but not so good for the seller! :driving:

£7k including £1k's worth of hardtop sounds like a great deal to me

Looks better with the hardtop on if you ask me, like a pre-facelift coupe!

Sharp looking car. Reminds me of my 03, but with tan top and interior. I still have the aux ashtray that I installed and pulled off after the car got totalled. You may need to add a noise suppressor, too!! Too bad, I don't live close cause I have some parts you might want.
2 headlights that need to be cleaned up. The aux ashtray. Chrome exhaust tips. 16" tires and rims and some other minor stuff.

Good looking Zed and excellent deal with the hardtop as well, you get two cars in one with that a roadster in the summer and a coupe in the winter

I deal hard! My Z3 was a good deal too, i paid £4000 for it 2 years ago, put 20,000 miles on it and sold it for £2800, not bad for a 1.9 Then went hunting for a Z4, found this one, did a lot of bargining, then stood with £7000 cash and said take it or leave it! Cash talks!

He sold it and went and bought a Boxster! Next thing to do is sort out the Aux for some music, and then replace the RFTs with some Falcon 452 or 912

Great looking Z mate  But then i'm slightly biased

Absolute bargain for 7K! Paid nearly 9K for my 53 plate only 14 months ago

Great car, great colour and an even better deal esp. with the hardtop

We managed a good deal back in May, 1 owner, 42k and FBMWSH, and the right colour.

Enjoy............ :driving: oh and did I mention the fab colour 8)
