I've used Photobucket for a long time now and had no trouble resizing pics but recently I can't seem to alter the size.
I go into edit and change the size then save the pic but its still the same size as the first.
Am I doing something wrong?

When I put a pic on here they are always smaller than everyone else's.

i never even knew you could resize the pic within photobucket, i normally use Postshop to resize the image to 800x600 and then upload it to photobucket

Anyhow had a play and the max resolution appears to be only 800 pixels, are you trying to resize above that? also it could be your web browser, try an alternative but to confirm, i've just tried it and i can resize the images with no problems

usually photobucket takes a short time to update itself. i often find when i delete a pic and then re-add it after altering it, it has the old pic for a few minutes before changing to the new altered one..... weird

I get on all right with photobucket, not being to tecky, it works fine for me. The only thing I can't sort out, is putting a picture on the front of my posts, the one you see when you add a post...like Taz's mad dog looking picture.

I hate PhotoBucket. Every time I click on someone's image expecting it to be larger, I get the awful PhotoBucket UI & smaller pic.

ImgUr.com is w-a-y nicer. And they have a nice little mobile app that u can use to upload images straight from the phone

As above, IMGUR is quite a decent photo sharing site. I've used it for years now with no problems!!

It was easier with the old way of doing it, you could just click on your pics & they appeared like magic! But I heard the app has been overwhelmed by pirates now (or something)
