Photo editing

Anyone know of a free photo editing program for windows operating system ?

Need to be able to alter an image of my car so I can see how it looks with a few colour changes here and there and maybe change the wheels with images of other wheels.

I'm sure someone else can come up with a better suggestion, but I've use 'Pixlr editor' a few times. It's good if you can get the hang of it. No need to install, it's all on the website, just Google it

Think you can download gimp for free, very similar to photoshop
