Hello i have to satnav with telephone function installed phone connects up no problem and even displays the callers name but i cant seem to load up my directory tried bluetoothing it to car and tried asking car to find but no joy. Phone is Samsung Toco lite Thanks in advance guys , Steve
 
May be worth pairing it again mate ?

My iPhone paired up first time in about 20 secs, and always displays the whole phonebook. I know, obviously, you have a different phone, but maybe try it again.......?
