Where do you put your phone when driving? I try to fit it under the handbrake, however sometimes I accidentally press the alarm button or mess with the handbrake.
 
In the little storage hole behind the handbrake. Usually store my wallet under the handbrake

I tried that but while driving, trying to reach my phone was an effort not to dislocate my shoulder :x

I use Aux port for Speaking on the phone, however if a text comes or wanna check an e-mail during heavy traffic...
 
iPhone goes lovely under the handbrake. Very occasionally I knock the hazards on. Wallat in the door.

I also routed a cable to that area to charge my phone too.

Been trying to get my magnet mount to stick to the dash top eo I can have the phone ( landscape ) sitting on the lit above the vents, kinds like a Nav would be. No joy on getting anything to stick so just ordered one of those SpiderPodium things so I can have it centred in the vents. If I don't need the Nav i just put it under the handbrake

Exactly as I do, unless I'm charging it, when it sits on the passenger seat. Shame the wallet doesn't come with a charging socket...

Would have expected more people using the brodit. It's on my to do list (what isn't!?)
At the moment I use one of those magic grip suction mount jobs
 
Surely my car is not the only one with a purpose built cradle.in the lid where the CD player and nav system is at the back in between the seats? Or is it only in Coupes?

This isn't mine, but just an image from Google. You can get the cradle for most phones either from Sopers or EBay

I thought all Zeds have them?

They are ok if you've got an ancient mobile.

Anything like an iPhone wont fit unless you fit the wider carrier.
 
I just installed a Brodit and a Proclip to the dash and cabled my iphone to the Dice. Phone is always handy and visible.

Quick question about TR4mans piccie - what is the "very small storage box" for other than storing very small things?. i originally thought it was a sunglasses holder but it seems too small.
