Phone volume

Hi, I've got the Business radio/cd system in z4c

When using my phone on the BMW handsfree the volume is really low and can't seem to turn it up - any ideas?

Moved this to get a bit more exposure. Have a browse through these, not common but enough previous complaints around. Have you got the latest firmware on your phone?
