Phoenix Yellow Z4 3.0si Sport for sale

Hi there,

we are selling our Z4 3.0Si sport due to no longer using it.

Excellent running Z4 for sale in rare Phoenix yellow. Genuine reason for sale. The driver side window regulator was replaced in October 2020 as was the alternator and fan belt. Car was last serviced in 2019 at MOT time. It hasn't done the mileage to warrant another service (only done about 2.5k in between MOTS) Car runs beautifully. Car also has bluetooth system through Kenwood stereo which has USB port. £6750 ONO

Thanks for letting us know. TBH we are happy with the price it is up at as we would like to sell it relatively quickly as we arent using it.

The car was wrapped in white when we got it, we removed the wrap. The phoenix yellow is the original colour of the car. The log book also confirms the colour as phoenix yellow

I know, i'm not sure why that is the case but if you do the tax and MOT check on the dvla it shows as yellow as well.

Would the owner who got it wrapped maybe have notified the DVLA of a colour change and it’s still sitting as White on the system?

I'm reading that the ORIGINAL colour, when sold new, was white. Not wrapped, but white paint. It has been changed to phoenix yellow at some time since new. Any owner can apply to DVLA to change the registered colour on the log book at any time during their ownership, but the original colour when sold as new is what is registered and unchangeable on an original MOT log.

The steering wheel that is on it was the one that came with it. I have just checked the log book and it advises the car is a Z4 Si Sport

this is sent from the previous owner of car being wrapped in white. We took the wrap off ourselves and the phoenix yellow was the colour under the wrap. The interior of the car is also Yellow and black

I can’t see a ‘white from factory’ roadster being resprayed that well in phoenix yellow, or being spec’ed with the yellow/black interior (or indeed having it all changed - seats, door cards, dash !)

Sounds to me like the DVLA have got something wonky somewhere!

Lovely car though - another one for the ‘if only I could collect them’ list....!

According to that listing there were only two Alpine White 3.0Si Roadsters registered in the UK, and both were built in 2007.

As the OPs car is on an 06 plate I think it must have been Phoenix Yellow when new. (And I couldn't see anyone having a full respray on a white one including inner wings, etc.).

Anyway it's a striking car and I wish the OP well with his sale, although at that price I can't see it being unsold for long!
