We have our cat Mr B, a rescue of unknown age, and Stella, a Yorkie who recently turned 8, but is always asked whether she's a puppy.

Here's a funny one when she was sat on my lap -- in her harness connected to my seatbelt, in case you're wondering!

Good choice! I'm on my 2nd...

This is my 3rd miniature schnauzer my black and silver one Atiela that we had for 11 years died last May  so getting this was quite a big deal, couldn't get a different type of dog now!

I'm jealous. A lot of you have some very adorable pets. Terryvision love the pic of the cats on the stairs. Wish I could get a kitten. Unfortunately would tie me down too much :(

Here's Bob, don't ask what breed though as we've never been entirely sure :)

I've had dogs for 30 years and it baffles me every time that I see a dog with a scarf (i.e. the blue and white spotted thing around the dog's neck in this photo). What are these scarves for? The dog is panting so he can't be cold...

Cat's don't tie you down, they're very self-sufficient - dogs come when called, cats take a message and get back to you....

We have cats, proper Heinz ones with 57 varieties all mixed up together

Here are Cassie & Cleo when they were kittens

This is what they look like now

and Cleo loves having her tummy tickeld and spends lots of type laying like this - not the most ladylike of poses

People normally boast about how many horses they have under the bonnet, not cats

Although
- assuming an average cat could pull 25lbs say 3 feet in a minute, i.e. 75 foot-pounds/min
- 1 horsepower is defined as 33,000 foot-pounds/min, therefore 1 horsepower ~ 440 catpower (cp)

So a 2.5 Si with 218hp should have roughly 96,000cp - sounds better doesn't it?

For my next trick, I'm going to recalibrate my speedo in furlongs/fortnight

Thats ace Perry!!

Right I we Mrs Monkey and I have 2 cats first of King Jack he is so chilled out its amazing such a great guy. He basically owns me and the wife and runs the house. He is diabetic and so we have to stab him with insulin twice a day.

This is garage cat we think she is a she? She appears to not have a home and has no collar but i can get close enough to tell you much about her. I noticed loads of little cat footprints on the sofa in the man cave. I was thinking it was Jack but i caught her red handed. She is starting to trust me and i am growing attached. I quite like the idea of a almost wild workshop cat!!

:) yes agree! He does look a little, er "camp" He'd just come back from the grooming place in that photo and they put scarves on them, don't know why. He's recently come back from another haircut with a bow tie on ffs!

Well to those who know me well enough I'm a renown cat lover so this thread is brilliant :D

This is Millie our family cat, got her from a re-homing a few years ago. Never figured out what breed she is though!

@PerryGunn Can I take up your offer of hearing your Alpina run.. just so I can play with your cats :D

EDIT: Apparently I should also include that I sponsor a cat rehoming place and have so far looked after these in the pen I pay for :)
