Personalised plate - ** now fitted **

#69 has had two previous owners, both of whom put private plates on. She got her original number back at both changes and still sports it now

My plate has been on my last 4 cars. In every case the original reg went back on when the plate was removed.

+1 although in my case it's 6 cars and they always get the old one (even after 5 years in one case)

It's on! Probably not that exciting for anyone except me but here's a pic anyway. Local dvla office were great, was in and out in ten minutes...

hype, what does it say/mean?

Not a lot tbh, the J5 is meant to be JS, which are my initials. The FLV was chosen just because it looks nice, maybe a little like "fly"? Or perhaps people will just think I'm a fan of flash video? All the decent combinations were already gone.

The secret with visiting DVLA for a prompt service is always to get their 10-15 minutes before it opens in the morning, usually at 9am, then you can be in and out in 5 minutes.

I'll keep an eye out for you - I'm usually in Notts city centre in mine on a Saturday.

Definitely prefer it plain as you've had it done. Not a fan personally of the EU badging. As a Euro-sceptic I certainly wouldn't promote the EU on my car!

Can't believe I've never spotted you Guvnor, I'm only in west bridgord and spend half my life driving in and out of the city. I'll keep an eye out...

And Taz, forum sticker maybe, but I'm part of the anti-stubby pro-whip movement I'm afraid.
