Hye everyone i'm going to a new track in 2 weeks where i've never been before. So i printed the track and painted what is for me the perfect driving line (soory dont know if u say that in english )
Would like to know ur opinion. Would you drive it that way or take a different line?

Cant help you dude but kudos on the commitment!

I'd probably just show up and clumsily make my way around while being overtaken by Clios and whatnot.

Can't help with the perfect line, as you can't tell much from a drawn representation of a track.

You can't tell whether there's adverse/positive camber, crests, blind corners. uphill braking areas, downhill braking areas, where a later turn in will give you the advantage of later braking and a letting you get on the power earlier, where there's bumps under your guessed braking points, etc.

Just drive a couple of laps, see how the car feels and build up your lap corner by corner, sector by sector - and if there's instruction available, take advantage of it.

As mmm-five says, looks good on paper, but in reality could be completely different. But your on the right lines

you look to be turning in early in a lot of cases, I'm far from an expert but at Bedford and at the ring the turn in markers and apex mindpoint for acceleration amazed me. The turn in was often so late I was convinced I had missed the circle of paint and had turned in anyway - missing it!!
