Pedal replacement question

I bought some Mtec style replacement pedals off ebay which arrived today.
All looked okay until I took the rubbers off the brake and clutch pedals which revealed how small they actually are. There is no way all four bolts will fit top and bottom due to the replacements being slightly bigger and I was wondering if anyone had encountered the same issue and whether or not just securing the pedals using just the top bolts would work.
Secondly on the throttle pedal the length of the top bolts look as though they would prevent the pedal being depressed fully although only by a small amount and again wondered if this would be an issue.
Thanks in advance

I fitted similar aftermarket pedal and indeed it was tight, but I managed to put thin pilot holes close to the corners of the pedal, then enlarge those and angle all the bolts very slightly and fit them. Close but worked

Of course any slightly longer bolts need cutting off. I would also advocate smoothing them under the pedals as experience showed me it's all too easy to scratch the top of shoes on them
