PDR magic !( Paintless Dent Removal )

Amazing aren't they!
The man that we use (via our detailer) is very good. 6 month old S5 went in to him a few weeks ago as I'd spotted a small crease on the rear quarter and I was breaking out in a cold sweat.

He apparently removed 5 other 'dints' (cross between a dink and a dent) and it's now crease and line free!

I met up with flimper the other night. I had to go and find him in the end :lol:
 
Would it possible to get some sort of thread that lists recommended businesses, have a category for business type, location
So we'd have good
Indy garages
PDR
Paint shops
Parts
Or is this against forum rules,
Would prefer it's a recommend not recommend or slate

I go to Dream Detail in Kingsley (Bordon) just past County Market in Farnham.
Lee has a guy that comes to him to sort any dents or imperfections. Lee is fantastic and I'd have no issues with recommending him for detailing. Very fair and honest guy who is passionate about his work. He shares his unit (next door) to 4 Start Classics.

Harder than you think. I phoned a number of companies that came up under PDR, only to find they werent interested as no paint involved.

Got hold of somebody via an ex memeber on here though and met him in a service station. Removed the dent in my door and charged me a tenner. :thumbsup:

I reckon the answer is to have a summer weekend meet here on the Isle of wight - all those with dents can have them done all at the same time ! My back garden's big enough to hold a BBQ as well - An invasion of Zeds would certainly liven up our village !!

I like the way you think gov! I'd definitely be interested in a meet, to catch up with other forum members, and have some dinks removed by someone in the know for our car / access to body panels without damaging trim.

Great idea.

Any pdr people in South East? Willing to travel.

I see you are also located in Somerset, my guy has done 5 different cars for me over the last few years and is a true perfectionist, top results including on the Zed & my Mini when some @rse deliberately dented & scratched it on day 3! He does a lot for local dealers so is busy but worth it if you can hook up for a repair:

He is mobile but I tend to leave mine with him. Price really depends on what's involved, he's not bargain cheap, but is very good and well worth the money for a quality job.
