First off I dislike PayPal (or rather the ebay/paypal double-whammy combo!) as much as the next man...
However, we can't expect to be able to transfer money free of charge, can we? At the end of the day these payments are not gifts, they are payment for a product, and that incurs a fee. On the one hand it's a pain that there is a fee, but on the other hand it is quite nice that they do allow fee-free "genuine" gifts.
If it comes to it I am sure we are all willing to chip in the extra bit to make sure Inkey$ is not out of pocket, but the lesson from this is it really should have been built into the bottom line figure and let PayPal take their cut.
