Passenger window

Hi , my passenger window on my coupe only goes down about 4" then stops solid I. Have sprayed silicone spray down the side runners but made no difference. Any ideas before I have to pull it apart ?

Have you tried a window reset?

Here you go from an old thread.

The reset procedure is. Push the button to open the window and keep it pressed for 3 seconds after the window has stopped, then raise the switch to open the window and hold for 3 seconds after the window was at its highest point. This should then make the window work properly, including comfort opening/closing via the key.

I tried holding the button and the drivers window went fully down but passenger only the 4" and pressing to shut the drivers window went up fully but passenger didn't move I had to raise on the switch.
