Passenger window won’t go all the way down

Hi.
Has anyone experienced the problem where the window only drops about an inch or so, but won’t go all the way down?
Is it likely the regulator, or does the fact you can get it to go up and down, albeit an inch, rule that out?

If the battery has been disconnected recently, may want to try the window reset that sp3ctre posted:

Turn ignition on

Push the open window button until the window is open, then keep it presses for 5 seconds longer.

Push the close window button until it is closed, then release.

This should reset the memory on the window. Same procedure for both windows.

Another way that always works for me:
Down then press/release the down button four times within ten seconds.
Then up, press/release the up button four times within ten seconds.

If [ref]Umfaan[/ref] can't supply a new regulator then I'll be second in line.
