Passenger side water problem seems to be back!

You may remember my last thread about my sodden passenger footwell (behind and in front of the seat) I found a leak in the door membrane allowing water to come in to the car and soak the carpet and floor. In the process of this I also changed one of the door seals.

However, my problem seems to be worse again, but the door membrane remains fine and I am at a loss as to where the water might be getting in. Is there anything/anywhere roof related that could be causing the problem?

Any suggestions on where to check would be much appreciated, this issue is a real ball ache and seeing the windows covered on the inside with condensation every night is so annoying!

Try checking your roof drain hole as mine was blocked and filled the passenger floor with water.
 
I think I will have to give them another check. I did this not too long back and they seemed fine to me, but perhaps I missed something. The old shipkiller instruction PDF seems to be broken, is there instructions with pics anywhere now?
