Passenger side mesh storage

I have just bought and fitted the mesh pocket to the passenger side of the tunnel. It's great as there's not much accessible storage for ipod.. sunnies etc.
Looking at the mesh thing and where it goes I can see no reason why I could not fit one on the drivers side too.
Anyone else have both....
Is there a reason not to?

Thanks... Jim.

No reason why not as you're never going to fit something bulky that interferes with left leg. They are good though, I've fitted one in the boot as well.

I would never fit one there and would just add a second storage box under the drivers seat. Stores sunglasses, keys, etc. And all our other sight

Can you point me in the direction of the right box for under the drivers seat please. Is it the same as the first aid box under the passenger seat?

Identical and just screws in using the same style bracket and tire which are supplied

Where can we get these from, I dont have any under the pax seat, no first aud kit either.

BMW and not even expensive, although I can also see them on Amazon at £18.50 Inc P&P. Not sure if bracket inc. but you can ask

Have mine on drivers side just at start of where chair stops
Handy for drinks and aux cables etc
