Passenger Side Leak Any ideas?

I discovered a leak in the passenger side of my 2004 Z4 a few weeks ago when I noticed the carpets were damp. Despite all the advice not to go to a main dealer, I decided it was best to take my car to one, because if anybody could solve the problem they could. The initial diagnosis was a misaligned door and blocked drains that had also damaged the roof motor. I was faced with a hefty bill, but at least the problem was solved, or so we all thought. Having collected the car, I noticed the carpet was still wet so I took it back to the dealer who was happy to look at it again. This time they replaced a door seal and replaced a door membrane, water tested the car and told me it was all ok. Once again I collected the car with great anticipation, only to find the car wetter than ever before. The car had been parked outside at the garage for 2 days after being repaired, 2 nights that were very wet. Once again they asked me to leave the car with them and they would look at it. This time during the water test they noticed a slight drip from the heater bulkhead seal which suddenly became a torrent with a litre of water entering the car, They replaced the seal, water tested the car and declared it dry. Once again the car was left outside by the garage. I went to collect it this evening and once again the carpet was wet. Both the service agent and the BMW technician couldn't believe it and have said they will retest it again next week, which will be the fourth week they have had it. I cant fault the dealership, they are doing everything they can to sort it out, but does anybody on here have any ideas what it could be, all drains have been cleared, a new membrane and numerous seals fitted, but still the water is getting in

The garage have water tested it for two hours with no ingress, it sits outside in the rain and water gets in

Thats a lot of water thats coming in, sounds like water is pooling somewhere and then slowly dripping through. Have you checked the front drains http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=40973&hilit and http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=56672

Yes, they have done both the rear and the front drains and water is flowing out of them all, the technician was talking about finding out where they have been parking it at the garage in case it has been on a slope, but not sure what he is getting at

I am wondering if the technician thinking along the lines that car parked on a slope when water testing it, water leaking in and pooling somewhere. Car moved on to level ground and water that had pooled now slowly seaps into the interior?
