Passenger inside door handle bolt cover

Hi all

Just realised I'm missing the black plastic cap that covers the bolt behind the inside passenger door handle. Does anyone know where I can get hold of one? Attached is a couple of photos. 1st one is the passenger side with the cap missing second one is the drivers side with it on.

How bizarre! mine was missing when i got my car! i got BMW to supply me with a new one that they got through parts. i didnt pay for it however so no idea on the cost.

The odd thing is though that it has since fallen out again! i still have it an need to clip it in again!

That is bizarre!

Dont know why I didn't think of ring the dealership, they are ordering me one.

Mine has fallen out of the passenger side twice as well - luckily found it in the car both times! :roll:

I see a theme here... as mine was missing on drivers side when I picked the car up!!

As with Vidge... I rang the dealer and they sent me out a new one FOC.

+1 and also the drivers seat tilt handle keeps falling off took it to dealer who just put it back on only to fall off again a couple of days later

ah ha, this very thing happened to my passenger side door the other week as the missing cover stuck out like a sore thumb. i found it rolling around on the floor. i did wonder at the time if it had happened to anyone else. seems like a common theme by the looks of it

Checked mine and seem fine and not loose at all

Both of mine have fallen off, too. I might try replacing them and see how long they last before falling out again...
