Passenger floor storage net

Looking to replace mine as it's a bit rusty and scabby looking but I've no idea how it comes out
I've searched and seen some posts saying the screws twist out but the net goes through the tabs so it seems they don't screw at all.
I've tried pulling and without wanting to wreck anything, they're not for pulling out.

Any ideas??

Pop the net sides out of the four clips first, then unscrew the clips.
Fair chance you'll break the clips but easy to find replacements from BMW.

Thanks...I'll have another look.....I did think the net was pretty tight in there so that might be where the clips break but I'll see how I get on
