Passenger door won’t unlock

Greetings everyone, my problem passenger door will not unlock on 2004 bmw z4. I tried with key fob and fob locks everything but won’t unlock anything. I can unlock driver’s side by placing key in lock and turn but that won’t unlock passenger side door. The switch in the center will lock everything but unlock nothing. I can unlock driver’s side by pulling handle but when I pull the handle on passenger side the button comes up but goes back down and I still can’t unlock or open the door. I’ve tried both fobs and get same result. Any suggestions or tips or help would be greatly appreciate.
 
Go thru this website, the guy has a specific go-by on how to pull a GM5 from a Z4 e85. Send him an email and he'll answer in about a week, he's has a lot of work coming in. Good guy, one week turnaround from the east coast to the west coast & then returned repaired.

Not costly or hard to remove or re-install
