Passenger door handle

Hi all, odd thing today, went out in the E85 this afternoon with the wife for a coffee with a view. On returning to the car her door wouldn’t open from the outside, I opened it from inside. Got home and it was fine again, tried it several times, no problem. Any ideas please, thank you all in advance :thumbsup: Mike.
 
Ha ha, these really are toy cars :thumbsup: thank you for your very quick reply enuff_zed, do you think it needs a new one or could this be a one off event?

I think you’ll need a new one before too long.

Do you have any to sell? Or would it be better to have a new one? Is it an easy job?
 
enuff_zed I have just watched a video by How2Helen and he shows putting a washer over the end of the cable to take up slack. Is this a sensible fix?

Thank you Umfaan, I will look into how complicated they are to remove and refit first. Are the sides interchangeable or are they specific to side?

Not sure how old that price is, but for £22 on eBay there is a main dealer selling them.
