Passenger airbag deactivation switch

Hi all
Has anyone had some success in sourcing the passenger airbag deactivation switch recently? I called my local dealer this morning and after lots of research they couldn't find the switch in the parts list. I can only assume this was available until recently and BMW have perhaps decided a retro-fit isn't safe. I'm really hoping someone can help...

As far as I know, the part has been discontinued...
