part number issue

so im trying to buy the part under "3" here http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=BT92&mospid=49344&btnr=51_4949&hg=51&fg=30

the one in mine was knackered as previous owner had cut away section for an ipod cable which i have since relocated.

So far I have ordered 51457055820 - which was perfect except it was grey.... i since noticed on the page its listed as GRAU so my own fault. so i moved down to 51459128397 - same part (so i thought), but in SCHWARZ. Now this part is a colour match, but has a cut out for aux that i dont have...... ARGH.

Does anyone know the correct part number i should be ordering for a plain black trim piece without the aux cutout?i realise its a longshot.... :)
 
Can't you just ill the hole in the one you have.

I'm OCD about these things, but nobody is going to see it so why bother?
 
nope. basically the corner was "snapped off" so all exposed sharp edges etc.

i know its anal, im terrible for it, things have to be "just so" when it comes to my cars...... frustrates the hell out of the good woman as i dont have that level of attention when it comes to the house... LOL
 
correct part is 51457053092 but as said above by wondermike it got discontinued, the only one you can get is now the one with the cut away for the aux. i may just buy an aux to fill the gap.... i cant be doing with a grey panel.... you cant see it but it will annoy me :)
