Part Information - Retrofit

Hello,

I am trying to retrofit the storage compartment package (mostly the ability to access the boot from inside the car) on my Z4. Already bought the "back side" (the part that fits in the back of the trunk) and i'm trying to buy the "front" part (the one that is behind the seats).

For this, I would require part number 51469171844 (https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showparts?id=LM53-USA-04-2011-E89-BMW-Z4_30i&diagId=51_7392), but I do not know if this part has the "loading hatch" in the middle or if I have to separately buy it.

Does anyone have any information on this? Thanks in advance

+edit: Had some talks with my local BMW dealership for this part via email (price info.) and when I've asked for a photo of the part so I can tell if it has a loading hatch they did not reply.

+edit 2: Also, unrelated to the part above, did anyone manage to retrofit a mirror with homelink on his car?
 
If it shows a picture of the door, which it does then you get the door, if that was a blanking panel I am pretty sure there would not be a handle in it.
BMW parts dept will clarify for you regardless (if they have one is stock which is probably unlikely). I should think that will be an expensive 'upgrade'...
Have you tried breakers for the panel?
 
It looks from the catalogue and my own experience that the hatch comes with the main piece of trim, that clips to the piece you already have at the back..
 
Thanks for the help guys, i’ll order the part and do the retrofit then!

The retrofit will cost around 400€, which is decent. I did all kind of retrofits till now.. :D
